Boss Vincent
Born in Valognes and the son of farmers, Vincent, 41, has always had a taste for good, local produce. After earning a BTS (Higher National Diploma) in catering, he began his career at the Cité de la Mer before turning to another passion: motorcycling. After 8 years of adventure in this world, he opened his first restaurant in Valognes.
Today, Vincent is back in the kitchen with a new project: Le Rockambol, launching in October 2023. Here, he combines quality local products, creativity in the kitchen, and an atmosphere that reflects his personality, surrounded by his team to offer everyone a unique experience.

Manager, Pauline
Pauline, our assistant manager and communications officer, is a true bundle of energy. Athletic, well-traveled, and passionate about everything around her, she has excellent interpersonal skills and a thirst for discovery.
Her career path is as unique as it is inspiring: after 5 years as a ship's carpenter, she explored various professions before returning to her first passion: restoration.
Always ready to share her smile in the dining room, to collaborate in the kitchen, or to create lively and sincere content for our networks, Pauline embodies the dynamic and creative spirit of Rockambol.
